Or a punch in the gut. You decide.
Cohen has always said "tuh" for his "cuh". Tohen. Popsitle. Tyle. and I loved it. How sweet and innocent. My baby can talk but can't always get it right. Love.
And yesterday, things changed. I opened the fridge and he saw the jar of pitles. Sure why not have pickles at 10 a.m.? So I got him a bowl and he said it.
"Pickles!" With extra emphasis on the "cuh".
I had him say it a couple more times to be sure I wasn't going nuts. Uh, he said it right every time. Sad sad.
Let's hope it's a few more years before his "duh" turns to "guh" and he says 'go' instead of 'dough'.
